“ Holy Moly! What an amazing gem this place is! The vibe and decor of this establishment is so funky and eclectic. It's the kind of laid-back place that makes you immediately feel at ease, as you take your seat. During the wait for our meal, our eyes never grew bored, as there was so much color to take in. The burger with the fried onions and sauce was what dreams are made of. Every bite was delectable and full of texture and flavor. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made delicious recommendations. She was efficient and extremely friendly. Will definitely be back for another meal very soon! ”

“ I've been to a Jack Brown's before but somehow this Jack Brown's was like no other. Walking in you get the same atmosphere, beer selection, and fantastic food that you have come to love and at this point expect from Jack Brown's. Then out of no where comes Sadie! She appears with a water for everyone in our group right after we sat down on the outside covered patio area. Some in the group had never been and she was able to recommend beers and burgers and sticky nuggs and so much more that were fantastic. Sadie was like the Lorax of beer, the second one was finished she appeared to get you another. She somehow managed to do all this without being overbearing or annoying either! Not only that but as we were simply visiting Charlotte we asked about brunch recommendations and once again Sadie has out done herself. She lists all kinds of places, describes the food, the cost, the vibe, the drinks, really just anything and everything you would want to make a decision. Once you think this fantastic night had come to an end Sadie brought out Nelly to get us some more recommendations of breweries, bars, and restaurants that we had to hit before our trip was to end. Neither Sadie nor Nelly provided a single recommendation that we didn't love! In my opinion both Sadie and Nelly are the epitome of what customer service could ever dream of being! (perhaps a raise may be in order). And of course to finish our trip we did go back to jack browns to get some much needed food to help us feel better in the morning! ”

“ I absolutely love this place! I tried it for the first time back in May, and I’ve been wayyy too many times since. The sticky nuggs and the redneck nachos are absolutely delicious, and the service is always prompt. I also love how chaotic the decor is, and they’re always playing a variety of good music (is it rock, rap, or pop? Go and find out!). My one gripe with this place is they don’t allow you to order pickup over the phone. What’s that about? That said, it’s superrr chill, so you can go and be your bummiest self if ya need ”

“ This place is super fun and inviting. They do get busy at night so be patient and be kind, the wait is worth it. I visited from Cleveland and liked it so much the first time I came again. They have 12 Wagyu burgers that are amazing (I got the Elvis... trust me just try it) and the second time I got the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. DELISH. ”
